[Bug] b15 pv 38: At scale 200% line spacing on Carriage Retrun not correct

On Microsft Windows with RB 2008 r3.1.

1. Start FTC
2. Scale to 200%
3. Set cursor with mouse in first line at end of word "purpose". So it should 
look like this: purpose|.
4. Press "Enter" for a line break.
5. Type in some words into the new line
6. Press "Enter" for a line break.
7. Type in some words into the new line

8. Press "Enter" for a line break.
9. [Bug]: You see that the line spacing has added to much space. The line above 
corrects itself and reduces the line spacing. This looks strange.
