Final Candidate 3 has been uploaded to the web site.

All the reported bugs have been fixed. Please report any problems
you find ASAP. The documentation has also been updated.
Here's what is new with this final candidate...
- Fixed an obscure line wrapping bug that would occasionally flip
the last word on a line to the next line.
