FTC beta 15 preview 34

Beta 15 preview 34 has been uploaded to the web site.

With this preview I only have one known problem that I am working
on which deals with selecting a picture and then typing in a
character. If you have other problems, please let me know because
I don't of it!

I worked on some core functionality with this preview, so keep a
watchful eye open for side effects. Soon I will be repeating my
regression testing on the Windows platform and hopefully my
"fixes" didn't break other functionality.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Restored the faster way of composing paragraphs.

- Fixed some reported scaling problems.

- Updated "TemporaryFolder" to "SpecialFolder.Temporary" calls in
the code.

- Fixed problems with inserting styling attributes.

- Fixed the drawing of the insertion caret to check to see if the
control has the focus.
