FTC beta 15 preview 22

Beta 15 preview 22 has been uploaded to the web site.

I am almost through the regression testing on the OS X platform.
Preview 22 contains fixes based on that testing.

Note, in normal and edit modes, scrolling the display to make a
character you type in visible is temporarily disabled in this
preview. I am reworking it to be more efficient.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Fixed a problem with composing where partial paragraphs would
flip flop between pages depending on where you clicked.

- Fixed a problem with printing where the scale was off.

- Fixed a problem when a character is deleted and then the caret
is moved to a new location and it didn't release style binding
which determined the style of the next typed character.

- Selecting an empty paragraph and then deselecting by clicking in
the selected area did not deselect the empty paragraph. This has
been fixed.

- Clicking on a picture to drag it when it is already selected, it
becomes the resize picture when it should not. This has been
fixed.

- Separated undo drop into drop and move events. Also enhanced the
the behavior of performing the move and undo of the move
operation.

- Fixed a bug with setting up the preconditions for the RTF parser
to work.

- Added some more internal range checking.
