FTC beta 14 preview 24

Beta 14 preview 24 has been uploaded to the web site.

OK you spaz-o-maniacs, spaz away on this preview! There are only a
couple of undo cases I need to verify before I consider beta 14
ready for public release.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Updated getCurrentStyleRun to return nil if the insertion point
isn't set.

- Added initialized flag to the FormattedText class so that you
can use it to see if the control is done initializing.

- Drag and drop would copy paragraph attributes from the source
when it shouldn't done so. This has been fixed.

- Resizing a large picture on a line of text did not correctly
parse the line so that it would not move the picture to a new
line. This has been fixed.

- Made the spell check and optimization threads impervious to
crashing.

- The redo case for paste placed text in the wrong position if the
cursor wasn't in the original spot. This has been fixed.

- Enhanced the undo page break case to be more reliable.
