Hello everyone,

I apologize for not being more regular with my updates. Last time I asked everyone to provide me with a schedule of times that they'll be available to meet so that the group can work around your schedules. Specifically, Susan, Boris, and Yuri, could you let me know what times work for you so that we can discuss deployment?

Our primary developers for the project have since graduated, so they may or may not be able to join in depending on the time we settle on, but I can relay the information we discuss to them. We haven't made much progress since my last update regarding deployment because we need to meet to discuss the details as a whole before we do that. Behind the scenes, however, in the limited time they have to dedicate to the project now our primary developers have made significant progress towards modifying and creating documentation which our newer members will benefit from.

So, if you could, please let me know what times work for you during the week so that I can schedule a meeting for everyone to discuss things moving forward.

Thank you all for your time, take care.

Regards,
Nate
