@Sooraj : Actually this is not a problem with DNS server which the uni
is using. Set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. It will open. Moreover,
this problem exists only with the 10.10.80.12 proxy. All .cc domains
do not open in the 10.10.80.12 proxy but open in the 10.10.80.11
proxy.
