Arriba El pueblo Presidente! Michael Cipoletti Estudiantes 60mil > Companeros- > I would like to begin this email by saying how great the meeting went on Monday afternoon. It was a pleasure to sit and meet with the Mayor. Mayor Reyes I was very impressed with your words and I hope this can be the start of a fruitful partnership between our organization Vision Mundial and the Municipality of Telica. It seems that we share the goal of bringing clean water to the towns of El Cortizal, Union Espana and Nuevo Amanecer. > With this said as I promised I spoke with the Friends of Students for 60,000 on Thursday evening in regards to releasing the funding for the water study so the project can commence. As I stated in the meeting there is some skepticism amongst the members of our organization that stem primarily from not personally knowing the parties involved in this project, however Dona Conchita and I have both clearly stated our faith and trust in the ability of your office along with the cooperation of Vision Mundial to execute this project in an efficient and transparent manner. So it is with great excitement and anticipation that I am proud to say Friends of Students for 60,000 has agreed to release the sum of three thousand dollars ($3000.00) to complete the study as per our discussion on Monday. The one caveat to the release of this money is that Friends of Students for 60,000 will expect the other two participating parties to release funding for the execution of the project before an y additional funding is released. I hope that all parties are amenable to this and that the study will begin as soon as possible. With our organizations working together we will bring water to these communities and fill the greatest necessity for human life. > > Arriba El Pueblo > > Michael Cipoletti ------------------------------ End of fsf60k Digest V4 #146 **************************** *** You can unsubscribe from this list by sending an email to fsf60k-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field.
