$10 per bottle seems reasonable. I have a bottle to donate.

Hi Everyone,
I realize that not everyone was at the meeting on the 20th, when we discussed
the location. I am sending out this update so that we are all on the same
page. The field trip to visit the locations went well and the potential new
locations were narrowed down to either our current location or to Northglenn
Christian Church.
At the time of the field trip, it was brought to our attention that St.
Anthony North hospital may have some conference rooms available for use
beginning in January. Given that it is already almost November we have
decided to postpone a decision until we determine if St. Anthony's may be an
option. That means that until at least the end of December we will continue
to meet at Alan's facility.
In other news, the District 26 conference is coming up on November 11. As
part of the conference a silent auction is held each time to help offset
costs of these conferences and keep prices low. Our club decided to
participate in the silent auction by donating a case of assorted wines.
That means we need a couple items. 1) we need 12 bottles of wine 2) we need
to get a box to hold the wine (probably can ask at the liquor store) and have
someone decorate it. If you are interested in donating a bottle of wine or in
taking charge of getting and decorating the box to place them in please let
me know ASAP. It would be great if we could get the wine collected by this
week's meeting so that we are sure to have it ready. If not, then no later
than next Thursday. If you would rather contribute money that would be an
option as well and we can purchase the wine. I think we were thinking around
$10 per bottle? Dirk, this was your idea so correct me if you had something
else in mind.
Thanks,
Katelynn
