I will plan to get there at 6:30. Is anyone available to serve as greeter
and also arrive at 6:30 to help me setup prior to greeting?
Revathy, we should add greeter as a regular role going forward.

I will not be available to attend this week’s meeting and unlock the doors
to the Adams County Human Services building where we meet in person.
However, here is how any members can access the building for our meetings,
when I am able to attend. In the evenings, there is a security guard on
site until 9:00 p.m. They are posted at a desk at the entrance to our
building. The door to where you can find them and request access is just
around the sidewalk to the east of where we normally enter the building
(about 75 feet). Just look to your left when you are facing our usual
entrance and you will see the glass doors. It isn’t well lit, so it isn’t
super obvious unless you are looking for it. Tell the security guard that
you are attending the Toastmaster meeting at 7:00 in the Cherry C
conference room. They will let you into the building. If you are the first
to arrive, the door to Cherry C should already be unlocked. If it isn’t,
the security card has a key. So, you’ll have to go back upstairs to his
desk to ask him to open it, please. The door is supposed to be unlocked
every Thursday night. I will remind the security team of our reservation
this week and ask them to leave a note in their communication log for
Thursday night just to be sure the know you will be arriving between 6:30
