Fantastic Front Range Facilitators,
We need mentors. It is a 6 month commitment. We don’t have a hard and fast
criteria, but I feel we need to create a biography from each member to line up
with the new members. Here is what I would like to see from each of you.
How long in Toastmasters
Available times
Scheduling preferences (rigid, flexible, spontaneous)
Educational style (rule-follower, rebel)
Favorite role in Toastmasters
Reason for joining Toastmasters (fear of being in front of people, bettering
oneself, Job-required/requested, speaking, job interviewing)
Your forte in Toastmasters
I will make every attempt to use seasoned toastmasters first and foremost.
There could be some exceptions on a case by case basis.
I am also open to any suggestions as I inherited this task. Your expedient
response is appreciated.
