Hello Toastmasters,
Thank you for your comments, participation, and overwhelming support for
the mentoring program proposal.
Today is listed on the timeline as the day I would send out feedback forms.
However, I received a lot of suggestions that I am still looking into. I
will hold off on the forms until I have been able to incorporate and/or
respond to feedback presented at Thursday's meeting. I will send updates on
progress as it occurs. They will include an updated project management form
attached and a list of immediately upcoming action items and recently
completed items within the body of the email. Since this is the first
email, the original proposal materials are also attached.

Kathleen - Research on Pathways Mentoring Program by November 17, 2019.

Club proposal and voting
Kathleen has gone through the two three of three Pathway's mentoring
program learning modulars that was mentioned by Pattie. The learning
projects are as follows:
1- Assessing readiness to be a mentor
2- Mentoring a member for a single project
3- Mentoring a member for a six month period
Kathleen has compiled a list of all Toastmaster's mentoring
material available either through Toastmasters website or Pathways.
Lori is reaching out to Toastmasters to see if we can find someone who can
address the concern that another officer role would not receive credit or a
mentoring program is not part of the Distinguished Club requirements
