Will be a pity to pay someone for that,
At any rate better to ask a lawyer such as Ophir Katz who is an expert on
Amutot With offices in TA and in Jerusalem, or Bogat Kedar office in TA,
who were both the registrars of Amutot, than to ask someone whose expert is
in fundraising....
