*Director of Resource Development*
*for our client- **the Heschel Center for Sustainability*
Position is initially 50-60%, with possibility for expansion
Located in Tel-Aviv
*Responsibilities:*
· Create and implement a fundraising plan and manage activities
accordingly to support operations and ensure the sustainability of the
organization
· Assist in and initiate the development and implementation of
strategic planning, programming, campaigns, etc. as needed
· Write and produce grant proposals and reports in English and
Hebrew
· Foster and maintain strategic relationships with donors
*Requirements:*
· Proven fundraising and grant-writing experience
· Fully bilingual in English and Hebrew (writing and verbal skills)
· High level of organization, initiative, attention to detail, and
follow through
· Able to work individually and as part of a team
· Persuasive written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
skills
· Personal commitment to promoting sustainability
· Familiarity with NGOs/the environmental movement- advantage
· Savvy with social media- advantage
