Seeking red ink recommendation

Hello All,
I am looking for a really bright yet deep red ink to use for marking
papers. I have been using Pelikan red which has worked well in my
Cross and DuPont's, but it seems a bit 'light'.
Any suggestions? Permanence is not a concern, it only needs to last a
semester! A pH neutral ink would be nice, but is not essential.
