Alex

In automatic mode by default Batch Manager allocates all the units
defined in the train for the recipe and releases them at the completion
of the batch.=20

If you want to release the unit (For instance same unit may be required
for another batch) before completing the batch, insert the phase
"release process" for the unit in the procedure after you are sure that
the particular unit is no longer required. =20

The priority for releasing any unit is=20

Manual--> by "release process" phase in the procedure=20

Alex:

If you do not specify release, then the unit is released at the end of
the batch. To manually release a unit, insert a "phase" that is
"release unit". There is also one to manually allocate a unit.
