Adam,

You're describing the Foxboro P91 terminal server.  For details see PSS 21H-4U6
B4 for the hardware, and PSS 21S-1B10 B3 for the software.  We're looking at one
now and recently had one demo'd in the local Foxboro office.  Looked pretty 
good.

Foxview, alarm manager, etc can show as fullscreen or in a browser window on the
remote client pc.

Supports 30 remote clients subject to memory limitations on the server.

The only fault I noted (apparently a known issue) was that system managment dies
on the next button click after you use the double up arrows (or something like
that).
