As far as I know, no such critter exists.  We routinely wire a single
contact input to two different discrete I/O modules, and use two outputs
either in series or parallel, depending on how you want it to fail.  You
either AND or OR the discrete inputs, again, depending on how you want to
respond to a failure.  We have had no problems so far and it works well.
