Yes, we saw something similar when we had the mouse plugged directly into the box. But when we did the final install, we used USB extenders, and couldn't unplug anything at all. Not a problem, I thought; we don't need to unplug stuff on our I/A boxes anyway. Then the reboot issue (which we had seen earlier in staging, without the extenders) reared its ugly head, and we had to do something.
