You should be able to change the time on any Mesh based AW/WP using
SMDH.

linked
by an ATS.
must I change the Time from the station who hosts the ATS?

If you have a lot of AWs on one network it shouldn't matter which one
you set the time on (in System Management).
If you have multiple independent networks you'll have to set the time
on one AW on each network.
