Been working fine until a few days ago, operators noticed the issue.
Luckily they could operate in manual.

Did the logic NEVER WORK after migration? Or did it stop after some time?

No, this is logic that's been running for 10 years with no changes.

We have a TON, (TC03_S) that has stopped functioning, has anyone ever
seen this occur before?  Logic has been running in CP40B for years, in
September
moved logic to a CP270 V920023, IA 9.1.576, FoxView 10.4.3.   Luckily
had a
spare timer and put it in its place, left “bad” timer in logic so we can
monitor.  From the PLB Monitor timer accumulates time but never goes true.
Have Forced ON/OFF, compiled, done’d, etc.  Am not really in a position
to do delete/undelete or force FBM to download.


Thoughts?
