Jalen,

Full disclosure: I worked for PAS earlier in my career.

I would recommend at least comparing Foxray against te competitive product, 
Integrity from PAS. It was endorsed by Invensys last I checked. I cannot 
comment on the latest revisions, but I was keenly aware of the capabilities 
when I worked at PAS and feel it warrants a kick of the tires.
