I use non IA workstation running windows XP to login into AW(IA Version 8.5 + win server2003). On remote desktop dialog box, I use username: ia, and password: remote. The connection always crash when it try to load FoxView. I only can login into AW using username fox and password gnomes but this is not the proper way since I must start FoxView manually. I have sent an email to invensys global support regarding this problem. For the time being, I reinstall the workstation with IA Version 8.4.2 and remote terminal is working fine. Thanks and regards, Hafiz.
