Just a casual observation.... Even if he has the standard AW70X CP image size, he's trying to load less than 10% of what the CP is capable of. There's something here that just doesn't jive! Once you have purchased that license, you may use SysDef to change the configuration of your AW through the normal Commit and Reconcile = process.
