Ron,

I use the plb_dump utility from the cassandra script archives.  It's a C program
with source and Solaris binary that takes the plb ladder files and generates
ascii ladder.  I recompiled the source to use it on a windows workstation.  I
use a simple script to add html formatting to the ladders for display on web 
pages.
