This is not common.....
        There should only be one circumstance where you need to recall your
displays twice..for optimization...and that is after a day0 upgrade and you
are calling the restored displays up for the first time. Once displays have
been optimized in this manner ..then they should be good from then on. After
a bootup it is not normal to have to recall your displays twice.
