Niyazi,
This error indicates that there is an installation mismatch between the Galaxy
and the clients. We've seen this before and can help you resolve it. The best
way to proceed is to open a CAR with Global Customer Support. We can then
review the SMT logs and work with you to identify the versions running allowing
us to help resolve the error.

Dear All,
We have installed FCS Engineering Env on a server with Win Server 2008 R2
OS and IA 8.8 with letterbug AW0001. FCS version is 4.0.1. We have also
installed FCS Engineering Env as client on a workstation with Win7 and IA 8.8
with letterbug AWXP01.
During the setup of client FCS "Engineering Environment Client" option was
only available for non IA platform. We installed "FCS Engineering Environment".
Galaxy configuration has been done on AWXP01. After configuration AWXP01_plat
has been created and deployed on Galaxy.
Client FCS engineering environment was installed on AWXP01. FCS on AWXP01
connected to Galaxy (AW0001) and we were able to see all the CPs, compounds and
strategies. We also were able to deploy a strategy, create a new strategy on
FCS client on AWXP01.
But could open any strategy to modify the logic. When double click on a
strategy it became checked out but did not open the strategy editor.
If you have any suggestion to solve this problem, please let me know.
PS : tried to connect to galaxy with both DefaultUser and Administrator users.
