The easiest way is use SCAS (K0173ZU) Refer to B0700CA revR section 3 Quick Reference Guide for SCAS Importing a Switch Configuration From the Switch Setup dialog box (page 36), enter the following: 1. Click CLI Switch Interface. 2. Select the COM port to be used. 3. Click Interrogate Device and follow the prompts. 4. Click Continue after the VT100 window has closed. 5. In the CLI Switch Interface dialog box (page 127), click Import Switch's Running Config. 6. Once the VT100 window closes, click Update Results. 7. The CLI Switch Interface dialog box will display the running configuration. 8. Click Save Config File and follow the prompts. 9. The prompt "Add File to Configurator Tool Set" must be answered as YES to be used as a switch configuration. Configuring the Switch It is assumed the configuration file has been saved as per above. From the Switch Setup dialog box (page 36), enter the following: 1. Click CLI Switch Interface. 2. Select the COM port to be used. 3. Click Interrogate Device and follow the prompts. 4. Click Continue after the VT100 window has closed. 5. Select the file to be downloaded via the "Download File" pull-down menu. 6.
