[foxboro] email format

Hi List,
I had a lot of problems using the text-format in my email client
Outlook.
The email recipients found special signs like "=3D20" or "=3D" in the =
email
body what results in a nearly unreadable text.
It helps me to use richtext format. But it is not a solution for all
cases.
