[foxboro] SysDef / System Monitor Question

Hey everybody,
We have an AW running system monitor 2.x called sysmn3. It can acknowledge
alarms, but cannot put items online/offline, download, eeprom, etc. The system
button on the AW stays green no matter what. I think I missed something in the
SysDef, but all of the stations are set to be monitored by this system monitor
and they do show up in the system monitor. Anybody know what box I failed to
check?
