[foxboro] OSI tags for Foxboro I/A

OSI Foxboro users out there, can you help me out?
Would someone be so kind as to share what a PI tag looks like for your
system? Perhaps someone has a written procedure detailing how they create
new tags.
It seems our local PI tag creator is completely devoid of any knowledge on
how to perform this task correctly.
