[foxboro] Multiple alarm managers per PW

In one control room we have multiple operator areas.  Each area
has 4 monitors: a dual headed WP51, a PW, and an X terminal.
I would like to replace the PW with an X terminal.  I want to
have the DM's (and AM's) for the X terminals at area A hosted
by the WP51 at area B.  This way if the WP51 at area A fails,
the operator would still have 2 DMs with AMs.  However, I
haven't found a way to have the WP51 in area B receive alarms
for area B (only) sent to the AM's at area B, and receive alarms
for area A (only) sent to the alarm manager on the X terminal at
area A.
Is this possible?
