[foxboro] MicroIA Chassis PN P0940NX-B 07B2

Dear colleagues:

We just receive a new MicroIA (IA-NT-V6.3) which chassis PN is P0940NX-B
07B2.
Once properly installed, it did not request letterbug so can not put it
online.

We exchange all internal cards to another MicroIA chassis (PN P0940NX-A) and
it worked ok.

Had you faced similar problems? Any solution suggested?
