Hey Folks,
Does anyone have a good suggestion for supplier(s) of rugged, high
quality, MMF patch cables? We have used Foxboro's and several 3rd party
brands (Tripplite, CDW). The 3rd party brands are much more cost
effective, but neither is particularly rugged. Yeah, I know you need to
be somewhat careful with fibers, but we sure seem to get a lot of broken
connectors, retaining clips, stress relief sleeves and cables without
hardly trying - especially the MTRJ style. Specifically we stock
1M, 5M and 15M lengths of the various configurations MTRJ/MTRJ, MTRJ/LC,
LC/LC. Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
