I'm trying to build a "proof of concept" Linux box to demonstrate using it as
an X
terminal replacer for display manager.

I've managed to get the Linux box to have almost the same resolution as the Sun
box (1152x89x vs 1152x900). My first attempt at checking this out was just to
log
in and start a remote display manager. However the window that got me was much
smaller (about 600x600 if I remember correctly).

Anyone have any idea why this would be? I recognize that in the long run I'll be
using xdm broadcast or something like that. Will that solve this problem?
