[foxboro] Alarm monitoring on NT or XP

I have to collect alarms with script for sending to cellular phones. The
Foxpage software (Pagemate) is not compatible with European cellular
messages.
So I have software from an other company but I need to collect the
message from I/A system.
It's possible to use the alm2unix software? I know there is software on
Solaris station called Alarm Monitor but I don't know if it's Windows
compatible.
