Hello Brian.
I know of 2 possibilities.
You can use a calca block counting the seconds passed by since midnight.
When 3600 seconds passed - give a OSP on the clear of the ACCUM.
Or if you don=B4t want to link the ACCUM-Reset: use a scheduler like
crontab(Unix) or at(windows scheduler) to drop two omset(imp)- commands
1.) Set the Reset to 1
2.) Sleep 2
3.) Reset the Reset to 0
