[foxboro] AW: APC access

The application is collecting alarm, operator action and system messages and
copy the messages in an SQL server database for long term storage. I'm do that
with by reading AIM* and paralell direct with a own collector. Because the AIM*
Historian is only for messages and is locatet on a non IA maschine it would be
nice to have the direct way for the case that the remote collector do not work.
