We have a new P90 (Dell R710) with IA version 8.6 with all relevant quick fixes installed. Installing AIM 3.3 with Quick Fix to AIM 3.3.1. Had an issue initially with configuring the API, but found the release notes stating to remove api .dll files when installing quick fix. Now, the historian manager/configurator will NOT create a new instance, nor will it batch import the old configuration files. It appears that the histmain process is not running, shown in the historian manager [cid:image002.png@01CC8C52.400A5E50] Additionally, in creating this instance, the historian configurator is asking for a session key which is a new one to me....
