Hi Everyone,

*Spritle Software (spritle.com <http://spritle.com>)* is looking for
experienced *Rails* developers.

We are a company that mostly do Rhomobile apps for our Enterprise customers
and build lots of Rails applications for our clients across the world.

We really don't care how many years of experience you have. All we need is
people who,

   - have experience building and scaling medium to large sized rails apps
   - write tests and understand importance of of testing
   - have basic know how of devOps
   - have keen interest in writing healthy and clean code and refactoring
   - have experience with git, GitHub, any CI system (you would work with
   travis / CircleCI here)
   - thirst and interest in contributing to Open Source. This is a crucial
part of our culture. "Contributed to open source" is not a criteria but you
   "need" to have that passion.
   - have decent JavaScript / CoffeeScript skills and having knowledge of
any client side MV* is a huge added bonus (between us, if you know Ember
   you're already selected! ;) )
   - above all have an open mind and are willing to learn from and teach
   and help team mates.

And we would give you,

   - a nice and cozy workplace in Saligramam near Vadapalani, Chennai
   - a project to work on as soon as you join us of course (that is why we
   are hiring)
   - a laptop of your choice (please don't ask for a Mac yet, but we'll get
there with your help :) ) and a huge monitor to make you comfortable
   - a great team that is open to learning from you and helping you.
   - an awesome culture that involves weekly talk sessions which we call
SpriteXchange and luxury to work on your favorite open source project
   "whenever" you want and blogging.
   - incredibly flexible office hours!! (You'll understand this when you
   join ;))
   - frequent outings to a whole host of restaurants and resorts just to
   chill out with the team

I'm sure many of you passionate folks would just need a laptop and possibly
coffee to keep you going. But we understand the need to build a good
culture in order to become a great company and we are open to your
suggestions as to how we can make Sprite better. More than tech skills we
are looking for people who are willing to grow with Spritle and nurture
it's culture.

So, if you think you would be a fit (or even if you don't) please apply!

Just send an email to me Steve Robinson at
steve[dot]robinson[at]spritle[dot]com <steve.robinson@xxxxxxxxxxx> with
your resume and with links to your GitHub and stack overflow accounts.
(trust me, it's okay if you don't have a evergreen GitHub account if you
know what I'm mean ;))
