We really don't care how many years of experience you have. All we need is people who, - have experience building and scaling medium to large sized rails apps - write tests and understand importance of of testing - have basic know how of devOps - have keen interest in writing healthy and clean code and refactoring - have experience with git, GitHub, any CI system (you would work with travis / CircleCI here) - thirst and interest in contributing to Open Source. This is a crucial part of our culture. "Contributed to open source" is not a criteria but you "need" to have that passion. - have decent JavaScript / CoffeeScript skills and having knowledge of any client side MV* is a huge added bonus (between us, if you know Ember you're already selected! ;) ) - above all have an open mind and are willing to learn from and teach and help team mates.
