[folks] Banner and Membership Cards

We hung the FOLKS banner up at the library for the book sale. Beth had some
hooks that worked really well.
I have the new membership cards. After the book sale, I'll add the new members
to our list and send out a membership card with a thank you note for joining to
each new member. Remember if you're working the book sale and registering new
members, you can tell them that their membership will run through December 31,
2012, because the year is more than half over.
