The organizational meeting is set for next Tuesday, 5:00pm in the Taos Aviation
meeting room. If you'd like to receive a Google calendar invite, please let me
know and we'll get those out.
Here are links to the bylaws of a couple other associations, that could be used
as reference material for constructing our own. I'm going to attempt to draft
a preliminary set before the meeting, although it's likely to include some
options and questions to be initially decided by a bylaws committee before
having a set to put to a vote.
