To all,
Surveyors have completed their work on Taxiway A and Runway 4/22 without the
need to close the runway or taxiway. Again, thank you for your patience as we
assess the condition of Taxiway A and make plans to repair/reconstruct it.
The AWOS will be offline Wednesday and Thursday this week as FAA contractors
perform scheduled maintenance on the weather station.
Thank you,
John Thompson

Subject: Surveying on Taxiway A
To all,
Drillers have completed collecting core samples on Taxiway A. I was informed
this morning that surveyors now need to collect data on both Taxiway A and
Runway 4/22 beginning next week. At this time, I don't have an accurate
schedule, but at times, Taxiway A will need to be closed to traffic in stages.
Runway 4/22 will also need to be closed to traffic for one day, but Runway
13/31 will be available via Taxiway A and B. We will try to minimize the
inconvenience and I will send out more information as the scheduling is set.
Thank you,
John Thompson
