Hello all,
And comes that time of year when I must put out a message to let all the
newbies and the ones who may have forgotten the following:
I live off-grid in an area where my cell phone does NOT have service.
There are some incidents to this as well in that should a call to me be placed
while I am out of range two very important things happen:
1. I do not get any kind of notification once I get back into range that
somebody has attempted to contact me.
2. Nearly every voice mail that is left while I am in an out of service area
seems to go into a nether region of the 9th dimension and sometimes, repeat,
sometimes in about a week or so it magically reappears....
Also for those who may be wondering the I.M. (instant messaging) functions also
do not work while I am out of range and the exact same thing happens to those
messages just like a voice mail as outlined above.
The reason I am putting this info out again is that today, and I mean literally
today - I received two voice mails which were recorded over a week ago. Now,
because these individuals called me instead of both calling AND emailing me at:
falcontechnician@xxxxxxxxx as I have delineated in my contact flyers I cannot
provide the service they requested, which is harmful to all involved.
It is my goal to provide you and any transients the service they want or more
importantly, need - therefore please keep in mind that I do get emails via my
SAT uplink out here on the plateau and I can respond to those emails -
And I want to again thank you all who have been or are currently customers - I
appreciate your business and will continue to provide the services you need.
Right now I am taking some very much needed time away (many of you know why -
LOL) from working my tookus into the grave over the last three months and am
finally fully moving into my home.....LOL - - - Again, working on a holiday
sucks but I am doing this so I can stay on-point with all of you incredible
Taosenos.....
