Hey y’all – It is official! Palm Beach released their amended resolution, and
the resolution very clearly supports a statewide ban on fracking!

With that, we have #50 passed, which raises our population count up to 42.3%!

#51 and 52 are said to be not far behind coming out of the Northeast Florida
folks, Chris Waldelton, John Debus and team!

And Amy Datz is rocking it over here in the panhandle, and Michelle Gale and
others continue to rock the Southeast!

Keep sending them successes in!

Subject: RE; Palm Beach County Resolution on Hydraulic Fracturing

Dear Friends:

I requested a copy of the Palm Beach Resolution (attached). Looks
excellent to me! Like ours in Madison, they even included a Home Rule clause
which many Resolutions are missing.

I see no reason to put off counting this as a legitimate Resolution we should
be proud to add to our list --and we certainly need it, I might add!! So, give
your final word, Kim, please.

I encourage all who haven't passed a Resolution in their own County or ones
nearby to please make the extra effort so it's a done deal before Session
starts! We must have well over 50% by January.

Amy has been doing a superior job going with different ones of us into
the panhandle (Howard Kessler, Ron, Ray, Herbie, Pat Thomas, myself, others)
to Calhoun, Jackson (today), Gulf (today) and Franklin (I think next week), and
Taylor (soon). Amy and gang, at recent Forest Festival, collected three hundred
postcards written by Taylor residents to their Commissioners asking for a BAN!
AND we got around 100 postcards signed to go to Wakulla's BOCC at Gulf Specimen
Lab Festival. Perfect places to get cards signed.

We're all grateful for such amazing efforts. Inspiring!! And, I know
Merrillee's working hard in her Rivers region, as is Pat Carver down in Dade
City and Mary G. in Panhandle. I got some names of Garden Club officers in
Santa Rosa today who I'll be calling to help Mary! Eric Rollins is working
hard on both Orange and Osceola --going for Ordinances. Yea! And Kim says
folks are working on Duval.

We can do this --let's get it done!!

Please read Palm Beach Resolution below!
