[flan] Alpha 8.1 with a bunch of fixes.

Hi there Flan users!
Here's the Flan Alpha 8.1 exe, drop it in the same folder of your flan
instalation

It's not the new version but a branch to fix some annoying things.
* Scrolling in the palette now works again.
* It exports with "org.flixel" instead of "com.adamatomic.flixel" for Flixel
v1.27 users.
You must create an empty "org_flixel" (no extension) file to the Flan
folder for that (it's hacky but works)
* I think the "package" not being saved issue has been resolved.
I'll release the Mac version soon.
