We started with a discussion on conference calling like voicebridge,
cearbhall wondered which providers did not charge for landline and mobile calls
in ireland,
with the provision that one could stay on the phone for an indefinite amount
of time,
some providers seem to allow calls for 59 minutes, but if you stay on longer,
then they charge quite a lot,
others dont charge no matter how long one stays on the phone,
perhaps people can say what their service charge for irish calls and if there
is a time limit on the call.
kevin discussed his problems in using four square and this is a work in
progress,
john chambers told us about using talk back on his android phone, and john
leonard told us
about his visit to dalkey and what he thought of orcon spectacles ,
there great but very pricey,
a mature student then came in to find out how she could improve the web usage
for visually impaired people,
and this proved a lively discourse,
