Cearbhall it was at 73% last weekend and I wasn't that loud so that's why I
increased it so to be heard through the microphone but it doesn't seem to
stay!
Yes I'm using Jaws 2020 with them, Windows 10 and Google Chrome.

Should it be at 100%? I see that level 3 is advised for both mic input and
audio output.
Are you using the headset with JAWS? If so, a JAWS script may be resetting
the volume level depending on what application you are using.

Plantronics headset microphone to 100% but when I go in and check it again
the following day it has decreased. How do I get it to remain at 100%?
