I have heard back from our Solutions team who have advised that they are
currently finalising a new release of the iOS app with a super-optimised
eBook reader for visually impaired people who are using VoiceOver. They will
also be making some changes to the loan history based on your feedback, to
make it more accessible.
I will let you know when the update is available, which will be very soon.

Dear Tracy,
I have made a bit of headway with the problem I reported last night. I found
that I could see the titles in the loan history if I click on View all
titles. However, this gives me no idea of when they were downloaded. So, the
problem I reported yesterday is still valid. The Voiceover user would like
to find the particular book which they borrowed and to know when they
borrowed it.
I have another and more serious problem! It concerns reading the eBook in
the Borrowbox app on the iPhone with Voiceover.
One of our team reports that they can read eBooks in the app without
VoiceOver. However, they have poor vision and would like to use the
Voiceover program to listen to the text. A question was raised as to how to
move to the next page when Voiceover is on. Our sighted user was able to
move to the next page when Voiceover is off but not when it is on.
I tried this myself last night and I am stumped! When I first open the
ebook, Voiceover speaks the text of the first page. Voiceover manages to
read line by line down the page. However, when I get to the bottom of the
page. there is no apparent way to move to the next page.

[age 2/ Wjem O ,pve tp the rogjt pf tjos cpimter a series of buttons appear:
"reader bar Search light theme", "reader bar list light theme", "reader
bar previous light theme", then the chapter heading followed by: "reader bar
next light theme" and "reader bar bookmark light theme"
I did hope that the previous and next buttons here would do the trick but
they only move from chapter to chapter.
How do we turn the page without Voiceover ? Then we have to see if Voiceover
can do it.
