[FLUG] trovo problemi e li risolvo

editate il file httpd.conf di apache e aggiungete :
<Directory /home/www/html>
php_admin_value open_basedir /home/www/html
</Directory>
all'url http://www.php.net/manual/it/features.safe-mode.php
vengono descritti anche altri modi, agendo su php.ini, che pero',
misteriosamente, a me non risolvono il problema
ovviamente una volta che modificare qualcosa, su httpd.conf o php.ini
dovete riavviare apache
